No Return & No Refund Policy

At JS Makeover, we strive to deliver high-quality beauty and wellness services. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism, we follow a strict No Return and No Refund Policy.
1. Service Policy
All services provided at our parlour (Makeup, Hair, Skin, etc.) are non-refundable. Once a service is completed, we cannot offer any refunds. If you are not satisfied with the result, please inform our experts immediately during your appointment so we can make necessary adjustments.
2. Product Policy
For health and safety reasons, any beauty or cosmetic products purchased directly from JS Makeover cannot be returned or exchanged once the seal is broken or the product has left the premises.
3. Appointments & Deposits
- Advance payments or booking amounts for Bridal or Group packages are non-refundable.
- In case of emergency, you may reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
4. Agreement to Terms
By using our services or purchasing our products, you agree to abide by this No Return and No Refund Policy. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
